Using Pneumatic push principle is to making the aluminum nose bridge strip connect with hot melt back glue. After heating, the surface glue is melted, then the adhesive is bonded to the nose bridge of the mask with gas push. The adhesive strength is firm and the welding &shaping effect is good.
With imported cylinder and finished copper pressing mold, the hot pressing temperature & pressing time can be adjusted, welding & shaping can be completed in one time, making no damage to the surface of the mask.
Hot pressure reinforcement of gum sponge inside the nose bridge can paste more firm, and better air tightness. It is suitable for hot pressing installation of folding mask (N95/KN95) outer nose bridge strip and sponge strip.
