Richpeace 1-to-2 disposable mask automatic production Line (with side cladding device), adopted “1-to-2” production structure. Through conveyor systems, the main body of a mask is automatically transferred and diverted to two ear loop stations for welding, side cladding and cutting. The nose-bridge can be integrated into masks with auto feeding and cutting process, the ear loop is welded by ultrasonic and automatic cutting, the mask side is automatic cladding, ultrasonic welding and cutting. The Richpeace mask production line is suitable for automatic production of disposable medical mask with side cladding.
