1. Richpeace automatic cup mask production line realizes the entire process of cup mask from roll material to finished product.
2. The production line is mainly composed of the following stations: material rack, cup body forming, cup inner pre-forming, automatic transferring to pad printing, outer nose clip welding, headband welding or stapling, breathing valve ultrasonic welding, finished mask pickup. Machine can be designed and installed according to customer needs.
