Richpeace Automatic Bed Sheet Production Line

This automatic bed sheet production line is composed of various mechanisms, including the feeding, the longitudinal sewing with adjustable width, a traversecutting with fixed length pulling, a traverse conveyor with automatic feeding, a traverse sewing with automatic hemming, and a discharge mechanism.

01Feeding Mechanism

Provide continuous supply of rawmaterials, including the followingfunctions:

Material feeding shortage detection

Independent material storage andfabric relaxing function

Automatic alignment correction

Edge cutting and waste storagefunction

Optional semi-automatic fabricconnection machine

Optional fabric spreading andopening machine

02Longitudinal Sewing Mechanism

Steel structure, consisting of movable side seam sewing machine,transmission and hemming components, etc;

Slidable sewing machine head, easy for maintenance, covering1500mm – 2800mm sewing width;

Left and right sides popular branded sewing machine heads (i.e.mirror sewing heads), equipped with special made hemmingdevice with sizes from 15mm – 100mm;

Equipped with thread breakage detection function, automaticallystops after breakage;

Machine head automatic lubricating.

03Buffer mechanism

Used for matching the longitudinalsewing and the transverse cuttingmechanisms, so that they can worktogether continuously and improveproduction efficiency.

04Traverse Cutting Mechanism

Automatically cut longitudinally the sewn fabric according to the set length size.

05Traverse Sewing Mechanism

Upper pressure belt cooperates with the machine head loop-belt device tosynchronously transmit the fabric, to ensure the fabric being fed to machinehead presser foot smoothly;

Adjustable traverse conveying width, sewing width 1500mm-2800mm;

Edge cutting and waste storage functions;

Automatic hemming mechanism realizes automatic hemming of both sidesof rectangular cutting piece fabric and with a hemming width of 10mm.

06Label Mechanism

Can achieve automated label cutting andconveying;

Label type, method selections are accordingto requirement;

Can be folded or laid flat two options.

07Control Mechanism

Complete machine servo control, Richpeace Model III control system,human-machine interaction operation;

Location of the control device and control cabinet can be designed according tothe customer's site location;

Customizable development according to customer needs.
