An international five-star hotel brand expanding in China needed unified uniforms for 10 hotels. They wanted to maintain international brand standards while incorporating Chinese cultural elements for a unique brand identity.

Balancing international brand standards with local aesthetics, extremely high quality requirements for five-star hotels, tight deadline (90 days before opening), and dual certification compliance (Chinese national standards + international hotel group standards).

Phase 1 (2 weeks): Deep brand immersion — HUMTUN design team studied brand culture, interior style, and service philosophy. Phase 2 (2 weeks): 3 design proposals presented. Plan B selected: international standards + subtle Chinese elements (cloud-pattern accents on collar/buttons). Phase 3 (3 weeks): Sample production, approved by hotel management, owner, and brand HQ. Phase 4 (45 days): Full production completed 5 days ahead of schedule.

Results

2,800 pieces delivered across 10 positions. 98.6% client satisfaction score. 3 follow-up replenishment orders. Designated as "China region uniform customization benchmark case" by hotel group.
