Why Security Uniforms Are Special

Security uniforms have quasi-law enforcement status, unlike ordinary workwear. They must comply with special industry standards (GA 746-2017) and government procurement requirements.

Badge specifications: Security badges (arm patches, chest emblems) must comply with GA 746 position and size requirements. Color requirements: special duty security in black/dark blue, regular security in navy. Fabric: wear-resistant, washable, color fastness ≥level 4. Accessories: matching belts, walkie-talkie holders required.

Government Procurement Notes

Government projects must source from approved supplier lists. Acceptance requires: product certificate, test report, and invoice — all three documents required. Above certain thresholds, open bidding is mandatory.
