1. The whole machine is composed of a feeding mechanism, an automatic quilting mechanism, a buffer mechanism, and an automatic cutting mechanism.

2. Fully automatic production line from the fabrics and padding feeding to panel quilting and four sides cutting and four corners forming. 

3. Fabric width: 1500mm-3000mm, fabric clamping is adjustable, with consumption from 20mm-100mm on the single side of left or right, and the distance between the clip and the needle is ≥30mm.

4. Feeding mechanism: table support type feeding rack.

5. Quilting mechanism: single gantry structure, four lifting quilting heads, heads distance is adjustable by manual, and any heads can be selected to be on or off. All heads are working the same pattern design. Quilting area is equipped with belt-supporting system to ensure the fabric sewn smoothly without sunk. Max speed can reach 3000 rpm and the recommended working speed: 2500-2800 rpm.

6. Automatic cutting mechanism: Equipped with horizontal and vertical cutting devices, which can cut off the leftover fabrics on both sides and cut square notches at four corners, horizontal cutting as per fixed length.
